About the Role

MSI Reproductive Choices is a global leader in sexual and reproductive healthcare, committed to delivering compassionate, affordable, and high-quality services. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Coordinator to join our team in Nigeria for the CIFF Challenge Fund mCPR Project. In this vital role, you will provide day-to-day coordination support across multiple states, ensuring project activities are planned, tracked, and delivered on time to improve modern contraceptive prevalence and reproductive healthcare access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain comprehensive project workplans, activity trackers, and state implementation schedules.
  • Collect, consolidate, and quality-check monthly and quarterly performance reports from state teams.
  • Coordinate internal project reviews, donor field visits, and stakeholder engagements with the State Ministry of Health.
  • Track activity-level expenditures against budgets in collaboration with the Finance team, flagging any variances.
  • Monitor commodity stock statuses and collaborate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts at health facilities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safeguarding, data protection, and donor compliance standards.
Qualifications
  • Degree or advanced degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of progressive experience in programme and project coordination within public health or development sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing donor-funded projects across multiple states or low-resource settings.
  • Strong technical understanding of family planning, modern contraceptive methods, and integrated SRH services.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to project locations across Nigeria.
