About the Role
Krystal Digital Solutions Limited, a leading ICT company specializing in customized software applications and IT services, is seeking a results-driven Project Zonal Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for project activities within your assigned geopolitical zone, driving operational excellence and supervising field teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise Field Agents and Data Officers within the assigned geopolitical zone.
- Plan and monitor weekly field activities to guarantee timely project execution.
- Oversee data collection, validation, and submission across multiple locations to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and rectify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent records to maintain high data quality.
- Maintain comprehensive trackers for field activities, submissions, and outstanding actions.
- Conduct weekly zonal meetings and prepare detailed progress and data-quality reports for the Project Lead.
- Monitor field team performance, address operational gaps, and escalate technical issues promptly.
- Engage with relevant local stakeholders and institutions to foster smooth project implementation.
- Ensure all milestones are achieved within agreed timelines while upholding data confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Project Management, Business Administration, Data Management, Statistics, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, field operations, team supervision, or data management.
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-location projects and lead field teams effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must be a resident of Lagos or possess strong operational familiarity with the assigned zone, alongside a willingness to travel as required.
