About the Role
Standard Life Organization (S.L.O) is a leading NGO-Microfinance Institution committed to the socio-economic empowerment of low-income, poor, and vulnerable individuals through access to capacity building and responsive financial services on a sustainable basis. We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-driven Field Officer to support our grassroots operations, foster client relationships, and expand our outreach within assigned locations across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage prospective members and clients within assigned territories.
- Support strategic member acquisition and business development activities.
- Conduct regular field visits to follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide accurate, detailed information regarding the organization's products and services.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with members to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Submit timely, accurate, and comprehensive field reports to management.
- Achieve assigned operational, outreach, and performance targets consistently.
- Ensure strict compliance with organizational policies, ethical standards, and operational procedures.
- Represent Standard Life Organization professionally at all times within the community.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum qualification of Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE).
- Age requirement: Between 22 and 35 years old.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet ambitious targets.
- Resilience and comfort working effectively in dynamic field environments.
- Willingness and flexibility to relocate to any assigned operating location.
