About the Role
Corona Management Systems (CMS) is a leading social enterprise providing technical and management support to innovative health, education, and social development programs. We leverage community assets, data-driven solutions, and ICT to create lasting impact. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Person to partner closely with our Chief Operations Officer (COO) and ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level executive support to the COO, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and professional correspondence.
- Prepare comprehensive agendas, presentations, briefing notes, reports, and meeting minutes for leadership.
- Track organizational priorities, strategic decisions, action points, and deadlines to ensure complete follow-through.
- Coordinate operational activities seamlessly across departments, programs, and external stakeholder networks.
- Monitor key project deliverables, operational milestones, risks, and internal deadlines.
- Maintain and update operational dashboards, KPIs, trackers, and regular management reports.
- Conduct targeted research and analysis to empower the COO in strategic and operational decision-making.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and process inefficiencies, proactively recommending and implementing continuous improvements.
- Handle confidential organizational records with utmost discretion and support the rollout of standard operating procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Health Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 5 years of relevant professional experience in executive support, operations, project coordination, consulting, or program management.
- Demonstrated experience supporting a senior executive, director, or management team within an NGO, social enterprise, or corporate environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French or Portuguese is a strong advantage.
- Superior organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with acute attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative workplace software.
