About the Role
Proten International is a leading Human Capital Development and business advisory firm with a strong global footprint. On behalf of our esteemed client in the construction finishing industry, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Executive to join their commercial team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving project-based sales, cultivating strategic industry relationships, and expanding our client's market presence across the real estate and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue high-value project sales opportunities within the construction, real estate, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with property developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and general contractors.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead generation and consultative product presentations to closing profitable contracts.
- Prepare detailed commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms within company guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal logistics, procurement, and showroom teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market intelligence, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in project sales, with mandatory background in the construction finishing materials industry (tiles, ceramics, sanitary ware, or kitchen solutions).
- Established professional network among developers, architects, and contractors in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated success in pipeline management, B2B negotiation, and closing complex deals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
