We are currently looking for a dynamic Project Planner to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects are delivered seamlessly from inception to completion, staying strictly on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and baseline schedules utilizing industry-standard tools like MS Project and Primavera P6, while leading Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR).
  • Track day-to-day project progress rigorously, analyze critical paths, manage potential risks proactively, and issue early warnings for any schedule deviations along with actionable recovery plans.
  • Plan effective short- and long-term resource allocations while leveraging our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to seamlessly track material impacts on construction timelines.
  • Oversee subcontractor schedules, provide accurate tender schedules, and actively adjust budgets and contracts to accommodate necessary scope changes.
  • Prepare regular, detailed progress reports for stakeholders and mentor junior team members on industry-leading planning and scheduling best practices.

Qualifications
  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or a closely related field from a recognized institution (a Master degree or PMI-SP certification will be a distinct advantage).
  • Demonstrate 4 to 8 years of proven experience in project planning within the construction sector, with a strong site management background preferred.
  • Exhibit advanced technical proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta Powerproject, accompanied by strong ERP system adaptability.
  • Possess exceptional analytical, risk management, and communication skills tailored for a fast-paced construction environment.
