We are currently looking for a motivated and adaptable Project Operations Intern to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will work closely with account managers and project leads to drive successful client outcomes while gaining hands-on experience in agency operations, market research, and project management.
Key Responsibilities- Support account managers, project leads, and operational teams with daily client deliverables and core project activities.
- Conduct comprehensive target market research, prepare detailed media monitoring reports, and assist with drafting project briefs.
- Coordinate logistics for strategy meetings, high-stakes client presentations, press briefings, and special agency events.
- Handle essential administrative tasks including accurate minute-taking, action-item tracking, checklist management, and project documentation.
- Support content creation initiatives, proofread marketing copy, format engaging slide decks, and organize digital media files efficiently.
- Recent graduate or current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- High eagerness to learn and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace applications, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proactive mindset, high adaptability, excellent organizational skills, and unquestionable reliability.
