Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough site reconnaissance and evaluations for proposed new locations.
- Develop creative design and drawing conceptualizations, including electrical and ceiling layouts for new outlets.
- Produce detailed wall elevations and comprehensive construction drawings for interiors and exteriors.
- Assist in creating compelling visual presentations for both club and eatery spaces.
- Prepare construction specifications, material lists, and detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
- Inspect ongoing construction projects to ensure strict adherence to approved plans and specifications.
- Advise contractors on plan interpretations and review contractor payment requests.
- Conduct research and special studies regarding building development and facility maintenance.
- Hold an OND or HND in Architecture or Environmental Design.Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience, including at least one year of architectural internship and hands-on field experience.Demonstrate mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Corel Draw; knowledge of additional design software is an advantage.Must present a comprehensive portfolio showcasing previous architectural and design projects.Exhibit strong functional and technical skills, action-oriented execution, thoroughness, and innovative design thinking.
