About the Role
Corona Management Systems (CMS) is a pioneering social enterprise dedicated to solving complex challenges through community assets, data-driven action, and innovative ICT solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Project Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this junior role, you will spend a significant portion of your time delivering ongoing and new research projects, as well as testing technological, business, and social innovations. The remainder of your time will be dedicated to fostering an energetic team culture and supporting business development efforts to expand our impactful portfolio across sub-Saharan Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Support project planning, execution, and reporting to ensure successful completion on-time and within budget with limited senior oversight.
- Assist senior team members in acting as trusted liaisons to clients, consortium partners, and key public health stakeholders.
- Support the recruitment and management of internal and external human resources for effective project delivery.
- Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, conducting stakeholder engagements, and assisting in competitive proposal writing.
- Help identify and engage regional partners, consultants, and subject matter experts to facilitate strategic collaborations.
- Promote compliance with standard operating procedures and best practices across all strategic engagements and operational processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant post-NYSC experience in public health project management, stakeholder engagement, and technical writing.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating workshops, stakeholder consultations, and high-level presentations.
- Prior experience engaging with government officials and public health ecosystem stakeholders is highly desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French or Portuguese is a strong asset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent analytical capabilities, and high attention to detail.
