About the Role
Zoom Exclusive Dental Clinic, Nigeria's fastest-growing dental practice with modern branches in Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt, is looking for a dedicated and meticulous Pharmacy Technician / Store Keeping Officer. In this vital role, you will ensure the seamless management of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and inventory to support our clinical teams in delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor stock levels regularly to prevent shortages of essential dental and pharmaceutical supplies.
- Track product expiry dates closely to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Perform routine stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with digital records.
- Ensure proper storage and handling procedures are strictly followed for all medical items.
- Collaborate with procurement and clinical teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Relevant qualification in Pharmacy Technology, Store Management, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in inventory control, storekeeping, or pharmacy operations.
- Strong numerical, organizational, and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated integrity and reliability in managing valuable medical stock.
- Good understanding of storage guidelines and pharmaceutical handling procedures.
