In this role, you will play a crucial part in turning strategic plans into tangible results within the insurance and financial services sector, helping us drive operational efficiency and project success.
Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, repositories, and comprehensive records.
- Coordinate cross-functional project meetings, prepare detailed minutes, and diligently track action points.
- Facilitate seamless stakeholder communication and follow up on pending project deliverables.
- Monitor project timelines, critical milestones, potential risks, and overall deliverables.
- Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND with at least a Second Class Upper or Upper Credit respectively in Project Management or a related discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of professional work experience in project management, administration, or a related role.
- Proficiency in modern project management tools and software.
- Solid foundational knowledge of project scheduling, tracking, and basic risk analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
