About the Role

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our high-value engineering projects are successfully executed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards that have made us an industry leader for over a decade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track ongoing project progress and regularly update comprehensive project status reports.
  • Monitor critical project timelines, key milestones, and scheduled deliverables.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and document vital project observations.
  • Follow up proactively with cross-functional project teams regarding assigned action items.
  • Assist leadership in identifying potential project risks, operational delays, and escalation points.
  • Maintain highly accurate and organized project records, files, and documentation.
  • Support the timely preparation and distribution of weekly and monthly project reports.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company project procedures and regulatory reporting requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated basic knowledge of project management principles, particularly within the engineering sector.
  • High proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and technical reporting skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
