As we continue to expand our operations nationwide, we are looking for a motivated and talented Electrical Engineering graduate to join our esteemed Graduate Trainee Programme. Key Responsibilities- Participate actively in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems across various project sites.
- Collaborate with senior project engineers to prepare technical drawings, schematics, and documentation using industry-standard software.
- Assist in conducting site inspections, quality control checks, and progress monitoring to ensure adherence to safety and engineering standards.
- Engage in technical research and troubleshooting exercises to resolve on-site engineering challenges efficiently.
- Complete all assigned learning modules, assessments, and practical tasks within the structured trainee curriculum.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a closely related field, with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit.
- Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possess a valid exemption certificate.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in engineering design tools such as AutoCAD and MATLAB.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.
- High willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
