About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Monitoring Officer to join our dynamic team and support the successful execution of our ongoing engineering projects across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Track project progress and provide accurate, up-to-date project status reports for management review.
- Monitor project timelines, critical milestones, and key deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Conduct regular site visits to document project observations and assess on-site execution against plans.
- Follow up proactively with project teams regarding assigned action items and pending deliverables.
- Assist in identifying potential project risks, operational delays, and appropriate escalation points.
- Maintain organized, accurate project records, documentation, and compliance audit trails.
- Support the preparation of comprehensive weekly and monthly project performance reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal project procedures, safety guidelines, and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Project Management, or a closely related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of core project management principles, particularly within the Nigerian engineering sector.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite for data tracking and report generation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and technical reporting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
