About the Role
IT Horizons Limited is looking for a driven and innovative Product Manager to join our dynamic technology team in Nigeria. In this role, you will spearhead the development and scaling of our cross-border payment and remittance solutions, helping us deliver seamless financial services to our esteemed clients across various corridors.
Key Responsibilities- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cross-border payments, FX, and remittance solutions.
- Act as the Product Owner for Scrum teams, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily execution.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, risk, and finance teams to ensure regulatory alignment and smooth product delivery.
- Analyze market opportunities, customer feedback, and key performance indicators to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Translate complex business goals into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- At least 3 years of proven Product Management experience within the fintech, financial services, or remittance sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise working with payment rails, APIs, and foreign exchange (FX) mechanisms.
- Strong hands-on experience acting as a Product Owner in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive high-impact execution.
