About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Project Manager to lead the successful launch of a transformative education initiative in Nigeria. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, can coordinate complex workstreams, manage diverse stakeholders, and turn strategic plans into measurable results within the dynamic Nigerian business ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage an integrated project launch plan across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely escalation of issues.
- Drive operational and facility readiness for launch while coordinating vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support student recruitment, admissions, onboarding activities, curriculum development, and instructor onboarding.
- Coordinate strategic partnerships with employers, schools, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive project dashboards, status reports, meeting documentation, and executive updates.
- Ensure accountability by following up on action items and maintaining robust project trackers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, programme coordination, operations, startup launches, or education operations.
- Demonstrated ability managing complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders within the Nigerian business environment.
- Strong planning, organizational, documentation, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are a strong added advantage.
