About the Role
Noani Home & Design delivers quality home decor and furnishings tailored for the modern Nigerian lifestyle. We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager / Head of Project Delivery to oversee the execution of our interior design and fit-out projects from concept to handover. In this strategic role, you will not only manage complex projects but also build and implement a fully digitized project management system to ensure real-time visibility and operational excellence across all stages of execution.
Key Responsibilities- Own client projects from contract signing to final handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, execution schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, procurement, site supervisors, artisans, vendors, and installers.
- Implement and manage digital project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or Notion for real-time tracking.
- Monitor project milestones, mitigate risks early, and hold teams accountable for deliverables.
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quotations, invoices, budgets, and executive reports.
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency across all project delivery workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing construction, fit-out, or interior design projects.
- Strong expertise in implementing digital project management tools and structured workflows.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, budgeting, and analytical skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant professional certifications will be a distinct advantage.
