About the Role

We are currently looking for a results-driven Project Manager with deep expertise in the Nigerian banking and financial services sector to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-impact financial projects from initiation through successful completion.
- Define comprehensive project scopes, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, and operations to maintain seamless execution.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagements, workshops, and regular status reporting for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Nigerian banking regulations, financial standards, and organizational policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 7 years of proven project management experience, specifically within banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Demonstrated expertise using collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
