About the Role
HR-on-Wheels is recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager (Architect) to drive innovative construction and design initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring that every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and aesthetic excellence. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and regulatory bodies across Nigeria to bring visionary architectural concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, direct, and manage end-to-end architectural projects from initial concept development to final completion and handover.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, accurate schedules, robust budgets, and realistic timelines.
- Monitor ongoing project progress proactively, ensuring timely delivery within approved financial parameters.
- Review detailed architectural designs, technical drawings, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce strict adherence to quality assurance and safety standards.
- Manage client relationships effectively, providing transparent progress updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with local building regulations, zoning laws, and industry standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong working knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and project planning methodologies.
- High proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Professional certification or active membership with a recognized architectural body (such as ARCON) is a strong added advantage.
