About the Role
Harmony Garden & Estate Development Limited is a pioneering real estate and construction firm committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects and lead our project management teams to success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee assigned construction projects from mobilisation through completion.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide operational leadership to Construction Project Managers and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and critical activities to ensure delivery within approved scopes.
- Oversee cost management and promote efficient utilisation of construction resources.
- Ensure strict compliance with approved engineering standards, drawings, and quality control procedures.
- Implement rigorous Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all construction sites.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders while managing project risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10 to 12 years of relevant construction and project management experience in Nigeria.
- Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong background in residential estate development and building construction.
