About the Role
Smart Gas, now known as Smart Energies, is a pioneering technology-driven platform transforming how Nigerians purchase cooking gas safely and conveniently. We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to drive our on-ground deployment, manage retailer onboarding, and ensure seamless field operations in Badagry. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day field activities including warehouse management, retailer onboarding, and cylinder distribution.
- Track inventory, sales, and beneficiary data accurately using our proprietary mobile application and digital trackers.
- Liaise daily between field staff, local retailers, and the joint BURN-SmartEnergies project team.
- Support scheduling, comprehensive reporting, and proactive on-ground problem-solving throughout project deployment.
- B.Sc., B.Eng., or HND certificate required from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in project or field coordination.
- Strong IT proficiency and advanced comfort with smartphones and mobile applications.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal coordination skills.
- Must be based in, or able to work full-time on-site in, Badagry, Lagos State.
- Comfortable interacting professionally with diverse stakeholders, including retailers, field staff, and supervisors.
