About the Role
International Facilities Services Limited (IFS) is an international facilities management company operating global standards across Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, and the Middle East. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to own end-to-end project delivery, enforce high operational standards, and build systems that keep our teams accountable for our blue-chip clients.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple simultaneous projects across departments, managing scopes from initiation to successful completion.
- Build and manage robust project trackers with full visibility on milestones, potential blockers, and operational risks.
- Drive accountability across cross-functional and multi-site teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee daily operational workflows across project sites, designing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance checkpoints.
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships to ensure all deliverables and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.
- Analyse operational data to surface insights, identify inefficiencies, and produce polished dashboards and reports for leadership review.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 4 to 7 years of proven experience in project management, operations, or a related delivery role within facilities management, construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Project, with proficiency in Canva or equivalent platforms for stakeholder-ready visuals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce SOPs and quality standards in a multi-site or field operations environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
- PMP certification is an added advantage but practical delivery discipline is paramount.
