Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex projects from initiation to successful completion while aligning with business objectives and budgets.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and rigorous success criteria.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, resource allocations, and detailed financial plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and business units to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests proactively.
- Facilitate engaging stakeholder meetings, workshops, and provide regular, transparent progress reports to senior management.
- Ensure stringent compliance with banking regulations, financial standards, and organizational governance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 7 years of proven project management experience, specifically within banking, fintech, or financial services institutions.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience utilizing modern project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster are highly preferred.
