We are seeking a talented and driven Program Officer to manage our internal media programs, original shows, podcasts, and special content initiatives from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end management of internal programs, content initiatives, and recurring series.
- Develop comprehensive annual and quarterly program calendars to ensure timely execution.
- Identify new opportunities for original programming in collaboration with leadership and the Creative Lead.
- Research, engage, and manage relationships with potential guests, speakers, contributors, and collaborators.
- Coordinate with Production and Creative teams to track pre-production, production, and post-production milestones.
- Monitor audience engagement and program performance to recommend improvements for greater reach and impact.
- Prepare program status reports, evaluation reports, and performance dashboards.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in program coordination, media production, or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
