We are currently seeking a visionary and results-driven Project Manager to oversee our innovative residential construction projects from conception to successful completion. In this pivotal role, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources efficiently, and ensure that every project meets our rigorous standards of quality, safety, and sustainability while staying on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of residential real estate construction projects in alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless workflow and high-performance output.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency.
- Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or technical challenges and implement prompt, effective problem-solving strategies.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulatory standards, environmental policies, and UN sustainability guidelines.
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project milestones and financial status.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience managing construction or real estate development projects, preferably within the Nigerian market.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical project planning, resource management, and complex problem-solving.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or COREN registration will be a distinct advantage.
