About the Role
MSI Reproductive Choices is a global leader in sexual and reproductive healthcare, operating across 37 countries with a mission to deliver compassionate, affordable, and high-quality services. We are currently looking for a driven and experienced Senior Supply Chain Officer to join our team in Nigeria and support our vital Social Marketing Unit through robust logistics, procurement, and fleet management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage international and local procurement processes for the Social Marketing Unit, ensuring compliance with lead times, purchase orders, and regulatory bodies like NAFDAC and Customs.
- Coordinate port activities in Lagos, supervising consignment clearing, warehousing, and inventory distribution.
- Oversee comprehensive fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, fuel card compliance, driver logs, and incident reporting.
- Maintain high standards of Good Warehouse Practice (GWP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), implementing FIFO, FEFO, and regular stock cycle counts.
- Collaborate with finance and inventory teams on forecasting, stock replenishment, and zero stock-out initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics, or administration.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
