About the Role
Prive Living is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our expanding real estate team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing real estate development and construction projects from conception to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and monitor real estate development projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate seamlessly with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, accurate budgets, and efficient resource plans.
- Monitor daily project progress and proactively address potential risks, bottlenecks, or delays.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies.
- Prepare regular project reports and present strategic updates to senior management.
- Manage project documentation, vendor contracts, and stakeholder communications effectively.
- Guarantee that all projects meet established quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience as a Project Manager within the Nigerian real estate sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate development projects.
- Strong working knowledge of modern project management methodologies and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD.
- Relevant professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or COREN are a distinct advantage.
