About the Role
Wisdom Kwati Smart City is dedicated to building sustainable urban environments by integrating smart technologies into our service delivery, providing luxurious yet affordable real estate solutions, investment opportunities, and property management. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, development, execution, and successful handover of our ambitious real estate projects across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage real estate development projects from the concept stage through construction and final client handover.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, work plans, delivery timelines, and accurate budgets.
- Coordinate and supervise architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Monitor project expenditure and enforce strict cost control measures to prevent budget overruns.
- Ensure all construction activities strictly comply with approved designs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed progress reports to Executive Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications like PMP, COREN, or NIQS are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant project management experience, with at least 5 years specifically in real estate development or construction.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering residential estates, commercial developments, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
