We are currently looking for a talented and driven Project Manager to join our growing Solution Delivery department in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering robust e-banking, payment, and core banking platforms that empower financial institutions across emerging markets. Key Responsibilities- Create comprehensive project plans, conduct initiation meetings, and manage implementation for channel-specific integrations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, designers, and QA engineers to define project requirements, priorities, and milestones.
- Manage project change requests, track success metrics, and oversee test and deployment management activities.
- Facilitate effective communication, prioritize project intakes, and ensure proper resource assignment across all project teams.
- Monitor day-to-day project activities, maintain program status reports, and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular status updates, and manage expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency within the solution delivery department.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a relevant field of study.
- 5+ years of project management experience within a cross-functional matrix environment, including full product lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, with strong scheduling, monitoring, and control skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge or certifications in PMP, PRINCE 2, or SCRUM.
- Good understanding of e-channels, APIs, integration processes, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Prior experience delivering lending automation, card issuance, core banking, or agency banking products in the fintech or banking industry is a distinct advantage.
