About the Role
DreamCity Properties, a leading private residential and commercial developer in Nigeria since 2010, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Projects Supervisor to provide overall leadership for our dynamic project portfolios. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale real estate projects, including high-rise and mixed-use buildings, while successfully navigating complex regulatory landscapes in Lagos and Abuja. You will ensure all developments are executed efficiently, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overarching technical and administrative direction for the entire project lifecycle of multiple real estate developments from conception to handover.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory engagements with Lagos and Abuja state agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Implement advanced project management methodologies to optimize resource allocation, streamline workflows, and ensure peak performance.
- Oversee multi-billion Naira project budgets and timelines, driving cost-saving initiatives and ensuring strict financial compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Architects.
- Enforce rigorous quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all construction sites.
- Deliver comprehensive project status reports to senior management regarding KPIs, risk mitigation, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior construction project management within Lagos or Abuja.
- Mandatory COREN registration and NSE membership; PMP certification is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in successfully managing high-rise and large-scale commercial or residential buildings.
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and multi-billion Naira cost control.
- Candidate age must be between 37 and 45 years.
