About the Role

We are currently seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of complex infrastructure and renewable energy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage key stakeholders, and act as a true agent of change for our clients and society.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and overall delivery across multiple project sites.
  • Coordinate with relevant regulatory bodies, handling regulatory and grid-interconnection requirements.
  • Oversee EPC contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
  • Monitor project costs, procurement activities, and contractor deliverables closely.
  • Ensure compliance with land, environmental, social (E&S), and health, safety, and environment (HSE) requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and trackers, including updates on energy-sector platforms.
  • Identify potential risks and project delays proactively, driving timely resolutions.
  • Provide regular, comprehensive progress updates to management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Systems, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management or project delivery, ideally within renewable energy, power, EPC, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience with solar PV, mini-grid, BESS, power distribution, or grid-interconnected projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to project sites in Ondo and Delta States.
