About the Role

eHealth4everyone is a leading digital health social enterprise dedicated to making the world healthier through technology-enabled optimizations. We are looking for a dynamic and organized Project Management Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of our Post Abortion Care (PAC) Project. In this role, you will ensure effective project management, monitoring, data collection, stakeholder engagement, and administrative support to strengthen access to quality, respectful, and comprehensive post-abortion care services across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the tracking and monitoring of project workplans, deliverables, milestones, and implementation timelines.
  • Coordinate routine engagement with government stakeholders, including Ministries of Health and Primary Health Care Development Agencies.
  • Compile, review, and consolidate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual programme reports from field teams and State Coordinators.
  • Maintain project trackers, activity monitoring tools, and documentation repositories to support effective implementation.
  • Support the preparation of donor reports, presentations, briefing notes, concept notes, and other programme documentation.
  • Assist in organizing capacity building activities, stakeholder consultations, review meetings, and technical working group engagements.
  • Support data review, validation, and quality assurance processes in collaboration with the MERL team.
  • Support budget tracking and activity expenditure monitoring to ensure activities are implemented within approved budgets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Project Management, Nursing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Additional training or certification in reproductive health, family planning, or maternal health is a strong advantage.
  • 5 to 7 years of proven experience in project management or program support, preferably within reproductive or maternal health projects.
  • Demonstrated experience working with NGOs, health facilities, or international donor-funded organizations.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with high proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional ability to coordinate diverse teams and build effective relationships with government and health stakeholders.
