We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Analyst to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will empower our Project Management Office (PMO) by driving project governance, ensuring best practices, and delivering actionable data insights that align with our high-value investment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in establishing, maintaining, and scaling project management frameworks, standards, and methodologies across the organization.
- Support project managers throughout the project lifecycle by providing robust analytical, planning, and administrative backing.
- Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive project performance reports and metrics to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Coordinate high-level project meetings, including managing schedules, drafting agendas, and documenting precise meeting minutes.
- Identify project risks and operational bottlenecks, actively aiding in the development and execution of mitigation strategies.
- Maintain exhaustive, up-to-date project documentation and ensure seamless archiving within our central project repository.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance organizational capabilities and service delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a closely related professional field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience working as a PMO Analyst, Project Analyst, or in a similar capacity.
- Solid understanding of diverse project management methodologies, tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with an unwavering commitment to accuracy and detail.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and modern project management software.
