We are currently looking for a talented Project Finance Analyst to join our growing team in Nigeria and drive financial excellence across our strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain robust financial models for comprehensive project evaluation, budgeting, and long-term forecasting.
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies, risk assessments, and sensitivity analyses to guide strategic decision-making.
- Monitor project costs, revenues, cash flows, and overall profitability metrics to ensure optimal financial health.
- Support project financing activities, assisting with debt and equity structuring as well as securing necessary capital.
- Prepare insightful investment memoranda, detailed financial reports, and professional presentations for management and investors.
- Track project budgets closely, comparing actual financial performance against established forecasts.
- Assist with financial due diligence, thorough contract reviews, and the preparation of essential financial documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, lenders, legal teams, and other external stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with relevant financial regulations, internal company policies, and statutory reporting standards.
- Identify actionable opportunities to enhance project financial performance, cost efficiency, and operational workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in project finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or rigorous financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of project financing structures, enterprise valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
- Prior exposure to infrastructure, energy, real estate, technology, or construction projects will be an added advantage.
