About the Role
Grandville Medical & Laser Clinic, a premier international-standard health, beauty, and surgical care hub headquartered in Surulere, Lagos, is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this executive role, you will provide strategic financial leadership, strengthen our governance framework, and optimize the financial performance of our growing multi-service healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the organization's overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management.
- Develop and manage comprehensive annual budgets, forecasts, cash-flow plans, and financial models.
- Oversee accurate financial reporting, management accounts, and detailed financial analysis.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and revenue assurance across all departments.
- Monitor costs, profitability, cash flow, and financial risks to ensure organizational sustainability.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable Nigerian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Oversee treasury functions, payroll, accounts payable, receivables, and financial reconciliations.
- Provide strategic financial insights and actionable recommendations to executive management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the high-performing Finance and Accounts team.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of all audit findings.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory professional qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash-flow management, and internal controls.
- Prior experience in the healthcare, medical, or service industry is a strong advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, statutory frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
