About the Role
Code Lab IT & Engineering Services is a dynamic software and technology development firm dedicated to automating services for businesses and governments while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented family culture. We are currently looking for a results-driven Project Engineer & Scrum Master to join our team in Abuja and oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of diverse technology, engineering, and operational projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of technology, engineering, digital, and client-related projects.
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Translate business and client requirements into clear project objectives, tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, and proactively remove blockers.
- Serve as the key coordination link between management, multidisciplinary teams, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure deliverables adhere strictly to approved scope, budgets, and high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, task records, and workflow tracking using modern collaboration tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project engineering, technical project coordination, or as a Scrum Master.
- Must be above 30 years of age.
- Strong practical understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and multidisciplinary team coordination.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSM, or PRINCE2 are a strong advantage.
- Must be available for this fully on-site role at our office in Sabon-Lugbe, Abuja.
