About the Role
Oilserv Limited is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) services within the oil and gas sector. We are looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to join our Group Project Management Office (PMO) team in Nigeria, driving project governance, execution coordination, and tender support across our expanding portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation and continuous application of PMO policies, governance standards, and project delivery frameworks.
- Coordinate project governance meetings, portfolio reviews, stage-gate evaluations, and executive reporting sessions.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and pre-qualification submissions for business development.
- Collect, consolidate, and verify project performance data to generate accurate management reports and dashboards.
- Ensure project documentation complies with established document control and information management standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adopt digital PMO tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project engineering, execution support, or PMO coordination within the oil and gas, EPCIC, or infrastructure sectors.
- Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Engineering Management, or Business Administration is an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM are highly desirable.
