Key Responsibilities- Carry out comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance on all production machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose complex mechanical faults swiftly and perform accurate repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Install, assemble, calibrate, and dismantle mechanical components and heavy industrial equipment.
- Conduct rigorous routine inspections to proactively identify potential equipment failures before they occur.
- Ensure all factory machines operate at peak safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, documentation, and report recurring mechanical issues to the plant supervisor.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety guidelines, operational protocols, and statutory maintenance procedures.
- Minimum of SSCE, Trade Test, OND, HND, or B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven hands-on experience as a Mechanical Fitter, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment, precision tools, and modern maintenance practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical faults.
