Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive land and building valuations for various purposes including financial reporting, mortgage, and insurance.
- Manage commercial and residential properties, ensuring optimal tenant relations and rent collection.
- Prepare detailed property inspection reports, valuation certificates, and market analysis documentation.
- Assist in the marketing, leasing, and sales of residential and commercial real estate portfolios.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to resolve property-related matters.
- Stay updated with current real estate market trends and economic indicators affecting the Nigerian property sector.
- Minimum of a B.Sc or HND in Estate Management and Valuation.
- Post-NYSC field experience in property management and valuation.
- Student or Associate membership of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in information technology and modern real estate software applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
