About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Engineer to oversee the full lifecycle of our property development projects. In this vital role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project budgets, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple property development projects from initiation to closeout.
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, architects, and external stakeholders effectively.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using structured management methodologies.
- Develop comprehensive budgets, monitor expenses, and track financial performance against targets.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure strict compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns.
- Prepare and present accurate progress reports to executive management.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and building code requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with procurement to source, evaluate, and manage reliable vendors and construction materials.
- Foster seamless communication between departments including sales, legal, and marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience managing real estate or construction projects.
- Relevant professional certifications will be considered a strong added advantage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard project management tools and software.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and multitasking capabilities.
- Thorough understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, building regulations, and permitting processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure within tight deadlines.
- Must reside in Lagos or demonstrate a genuine willingness to relocate.
