Based at Murtala Muhammed Airport (MMA2) in Lagos, we are currently seeking seasoned, safety-oriented aviation professionals to join our dynamic crew as Captains on the CRJ 900 and CRJ 1000 aircraft. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a CRJ Captain at XEJet, you will be entrusted with the highest standards of operational safety and customer service:
- Safely and efficiently operate CRJ 900 and CRJ 1000 aircraft on domestic routes including Abuja, Kano, and Port Harcourt.
- Exercise ultimate Pilot-in-Command authority to ensure the safety of all passengers, crew, and aircraft.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties in strict compliance with NCAA regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain clear, professional communication with air traffic control, ground personnel, and cabin crew.
- Mentor First Officers and foster a collaborative, safety-first cockpit culture.
Candidates applying for the CRJ Captain position must meet the following stringent requirements:
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
- Current and valid CRJ 900 / CRJ 1000 Type Rating.
- Valid Class One Medical Certificate.
- Minimum of 4,000 total flight hours.
- Minimum of 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours specifically on the CRJ 900 or CRJ 1000.
- Valid Instrument Rating and Radiotelephony Licence.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
