About the Role
P-GAT Industries is seeking a dynamic and experienced State Facility & Infrastructure Manager to join our visionary team for the ATRaS Mobility Ecosystem. Launched as a landmark N300 billion transport modernization and green initiative, ATRaS is set to revolutionize regional logistics, drastically cut commuting costs, and modernize the local economy across Northeast Nigeria. In this critical leadership role, you will spearhead customer acquisition, market development, and operational growth to ensure the seamless expansion of our transformative services across the state.
Key Responsibilities- Lead comprehensive customer acquisition and market development activities across the state to drive widespread adoption of ATRaS services.
- Develop and execute robust market strategies aligned with the overarching vision of regional transport modernization.
- Monitor customer growth metrics, analyze market trends, and implement proactive solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate strategic outreach programs, stakeholder engagements, and community relations to support business expansion.
- Manage local teams, fostering high performance and alignment with company goals in sales, marketing, and commercial functions.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer growth, or related commercial functions.
- Demonstrated expertise in strong market analysis, relationship management, high-level negotiation, and team leadership.
- Possession of a relevant Master's Degree will be considered a distinct added advantage.
