About the Role
Padua Petroleum Nigeria Limited (PPNL) is a leading indigenous company providing specialized services to the Nigerian and broader African oil and gas industry. We are currently seeking a visionary and highly accomplished Expatriate Project Director to spearhead our upcoming major gas and LNG developments, bringing international best practices to our operations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the single point of accountability for the company on major LNG or gas processing project execution.
- Lead and manage Owner's Engineer (OE), Lender's Engineer, or Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignments.
- Oversee limited-recourse project financing structures, ensuring compliance with all financial and technical requirements.
- Direct multidisciplinary international and local teams to achieve project milestones within scope, budget, and safety parameters.
- Engage proactively with key stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and investors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Must be a registered Chartered Engineer with a minimum of 25 years of progressive experience in the oil and gas sector.
- Extensive, hands-on expertise in LNG or gas processing facilities.
- Proven track record of successfully leading OE, Lender's Engineer, or PMC assignments on limited-recourse project-financed ventures.
