About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Director to join our team in Nigeria and help us scale our impact through data-driven educational services and comprehensive system transformation platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that programme termly and annual milestones are attained on schedule while managing the operational calendar.
- Support the Managing Director by facilitating effective decision-making, tracking action items, and attending functional team meetings.
- Coordinate strategic initiatives, prepare periodic business performance and market analyses, and drive operational efficiency.
- Deliver comprehensive business planning processes, including forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans with variance analysis.
- Oversee the School Inspection function to ensure internal quality assurance and strict compliance with school policies.
- Bachelor degree from a top-tier university with an excellent academic record; quantitative degrees or an MBA are strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of executive-level experience in reputable companies, including backgrounds in management consulting, finance, or high-growth start-ups.
- Exceptional project management, quantitative problem-solving, and advanced spreadsheet and presentation skills.
