Fact Base Consulting is currently recruiting a dynamic and result-ोरेंटेड Business Transformation and Innovation Senior Analyst on behalf of our esteemed client in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of comprehensive business transformation strategies aligned with overarching organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough business process reviews to uncover inefficiencies, operational gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for strategic improvement.
- Analyze complex workflows, systems, and performance metrics to recommend opportunities for cost reduction, productivity enhancement, automation, and superior customer experiences.
- Develop robust business cases, feasibility assessments, and actionable recommendations for various transformation and innovation projects.
- Monitor project lifecycles, track key deliverables, manage risks and dependencies, and proactively escalate critical issues to senior management.
- Design and maintain insightful dashboards, detailed reports, and executive presentations to communicate project statuses, KPIs, and benefits realization.
- Possession of a B.Sc. or HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of four (4) years of demonstrable, relevant experience in strategic planning, management consulting, business development, or related corporate functions.
