About the Role
Efficacy Construction Company is seeking a creative and detail-riented Project Architect to join our dynamic team in Victoria Island, Lagos. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in planning, designing, and supervising high-quality residential and commercial construction projects from initial concept through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive architectural concepts, floor plans, site plans, and 3D designs using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Prepare and submit detailed working drawings and documentation for statutory approvals and building permits with relevant regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and supervision to monitor construction quality and adherence to approved architectural designs.
- Prepare prompt site inspection reports and effectively manage design modifications within established timelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional architectural design and construction experience.
- Active professional membership with relevant architectural bodies is an added advantage.
- Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and 3D Max.
