About the Role
Beveledge Interior Designs, an indigenous leader in premium furniture manufacturing and functional space design, is recruiting a Project Architect to spearhead our project delivery excellence. This role is central to transforming design concepts into reality, ensuring every project reflects our commitment to quality, aesthetics, and client satisfaction across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate furniture and interior design projects throughout the complete lifecycle—from initial design and site measurement to production and installation
- Collaborate closely with clients, Design, Production, and Installation teams to ensure alignment with approved designs, specifications, and timelines
- Manage project documentation, technical drawings, and material specifications using industry-standard design software
- Conduct site inspections and provide quality assurance during installation phases
- Balance aesthetic vision with functional requirements while maintaining project budgets and schedules
- Implement sustainable design practices aligned with eco-friendly manufacturing standards
- Travel to project sites as needed to oversee execution and client liaison activities
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- ARCON registration or eligibility for registration as required
- Minimum 4 years' professional experience in architecture, interior design, furniture design, fit-out, or project coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent design software
- Demonstrated expertise in furniture detailing, material science, measurements, and production processes
- Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Exceptional attention to detail with refined aesthetic sensibility
- Knowledge of sustainability principles and commitment to eco-conscious design
