About the Role
Chemiron International Limited, a household brand in nutritional healthcare established in 1987, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Processing Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Agbara. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our superior healthcare supplements and nutritional products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards to combat prevalent health challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and optimize daily production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment challenges effectively to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain product integrity and consistency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production runs, equipment maintenance, and operational logs.
- B.Sc., B.Eng., or HND in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operations, and technical problem-solving.
- Familiarity with GMP, HSE, and quality control requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- Must be resident in Agbara or its immediate environs.
