Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and monitor comprehensive mental health programs and community outreach initiatives across various target sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster strategic partnerships that advance foundation goals.
- Coordinate advocacy campaigns, workshops, and awareness seminars in schools, businesses, and local communities.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather data to measure the effectiveness and social impact of ongoing programs.
- Prepare detailed reports, grant proposals, and documentation for project milestones and stakeholder reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Public Health, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in program management, community development, or mental health advocacy.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
