About the Role

At The IREDE Foundation (TIF), we are dedicated to lending a helping hand and bringing hope to children living with limb loss, whether acquired or congenital. We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Programs Manager to join our dynamic team in Nigeria and drive our social impact initiatives forward. In this role, you will play a vital part in designing, executing, and evaluating our core programs, ensuring we deliver maximum value to the children and communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the comprehensive planning, design, and implementation of community programs and impactful projects.
  • Coordinate day-to-day program activities, timelines, key deliverables, and diverse stakeholder engagements.
  • Maintain detailed program trackers, dynamic work plans, and precise implementation schedules.
  • Prepare insightful program reports, regular updates, and engaging presentations for management and partners.
  • Identify operational program gaps, potential risks, and challenges while proactively recommending effective solutions.
  • Track critical action points and relentlessly follow up on outstanding program deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized program records and comprehensive documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in program coordination, project management, or community development.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and modern project management tools.
  • Previous experience working in the nonprofit sector, development space, or social impact organizations will be an added advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
